Just watched it on the news, most impressed with the behaviour...shows us in a good light.
Well done to all those who turned up.
We need to keep the issue in the public eye...roll on Welly next w/e!

Well done you guys! You all looked like sane, concerned citizens, not speed freaks, yobs and louts like some media have traditionally liked to portray us.

Well done to TV1 for giving responsible and balanced coverage.

I'm hoping to get down to Wgtn next weekend, hopefully it will be more of the same.

They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.

Must have been their worst nightmare: 300-400 bikes to shepherd through a car pile-up that looked like it might have reached double figures. 2-second rule, anyone?

So good on the cops for their help.

Video of TV One News Item

    Hi folks,

I have captured the TV1 item and converted it to wmv file for viewing in Windows Media Player. Unfortunately it is 4.6 Mb in size, so is too big to attach here.

If people want a copy, pm me with an email address. If I get sufficient interest I can make it available via ftp.

Watched it on TV1. Looked like good weather there? Looking forward to the one down here next weekend. It seems like 40 riders so far. but I know there will be more turn up on the day. Anyone coming through Paraparaumu, as can join in from here?

Put it on Rapidshare ? http://rapidshare.com/

Or someone will have web space to upload to - I can't access mine at the moment for some reason or I'd offer.
