    Danger, cage warning

THIS GUY HAS NO IDEA HOW EASY IT IS TO KILL A RIDER !

    Tonight. 9.30. Meadowbank. Auckland.

Black Toyota Celica, Personalised Plate # I B BAK ?

This guy thinks its funny to swerve towards you when you overtake on right.
He did it twice, first time he did it because he thought I was about to pass, I was not about to pass. Second time I indicated to pass, waited 3 and went to pass and he swerved toward me again, causing me to brake hard. All happened in 50 km zone, Abbots Way and Grand Drive. After that I passed fast with no warning, got up the road and decided to come back and follow him, came back past him, turned round again and followed for a while but had to break off as I was expected home.
If anybody see's him on the road beware ! If anybody see's the car parked anywhere on a regular basis please let me know as I would love to have a wee chat with the idiot.

    thanks.

Seen this dickhead on the southern motorway quite often when going home (south bound). Noted the plate and the driving habits which made me wary.

I'll keep an eye out for him\her.

Dude, report this prick to the police, what happens when he actually hits some-one. Get together a few people for this chat. Cheers for the heads-up

Report him. The police won't be able to charge him on your say-so alone, but they will have it on their records. If other people have noticed his bad behaviour as well (which at least one fellow KBer has) and also report him, hopefully the police will be more likely to keep an eye on him.

Oh, and thanks for the warning. I'm on that piece of road quite often at the moment and will know to steer well clear of that car, me being a newbie and all.

Did not get a look at his face but I'm guessing young.
Im keen to meet up with this guy......I think a group of us gently explaining things to him may help, if not then who knows what might happen.
The sight of many bikers at his house should encourage some thought.
I'm trying to be a responsible adult about this, if I fail I will just dial up a $500 bunch of hard hitting cunts from Mt Roskill to hospitalise the motherfucker, but I don't really want to go that way.
If I see him again and follow he might get on the cell Ph to mates and lead me into a trap?
How do I get his address from the post shop ?

Got to Post Shop they will give you a form to fill in, pay $2.50 and they hand to you the owners address details for that plate

Im up for a visit to the pricks house, I live around that area so it wont be much of hike. Perhaps someone could drain the power steering fluid from his car, would make swerving a whole lot harder for him...

Dude! I've had the same guy, same area. Riding from work, guy tail-gating me super close. Overtook on the left in a single lane road (I was riding near the centre-line, there was room for him). St Johns Rd (I think -- you know the one that joins to Remuera Rd and goes past the cemetary).

I too am from that area, and that plate sounds all to familiar. I'm sure this has come up before.. Either way, I'll be in for a visit to explain things to him.

ok, i will try to get to the post office today.
Any who want to come and visit him with me are welcome, the more the better, but no laws are to be broken during the visit, strictly legal law abiding conduct.

I think that if a large group of us turn up and give him the option of stopping his game or having the police involved, chances are he will stop it, if he does not we will probably hear about it.

I really would like a large group of bikers, it should make him think twice.

They do take your license details to stop vigilante lawmakers though at the post shop, so be careful what you do with the information.

Why not approach him with one or two others and have a chat about his driving. If he doesn't accept that he needs to correct his driving habits, make a quick call and get the twenty or so KBers who were parked around the corner to rock up. Then he might get the message.

If you turn up with a large group straight away, I'm picking he will jump on the phone to the cops, which may cause problems for you. (Intimidation/threatening behaviour ??)
