    On the mend yes but when I asked the Doc if I could start work on Monday next week, he said "You must be dreaming !"
    He went and booked me off for another 3 weeks, and I only got 3 weeks after harrasing about the 4 weeks he wanted to give me !

    Can't even really think about my next ride, until I'm sure how the old spine is gonna handle it, maybe i ought to buy a Harley chopper

    Well, I don't think a cruiser's the best bet if your back's stuffed.

    You should be able to buy another CB900 with your insurance money, shouldn't you? Or have you decided that it isn't, after all, the best bike for every occasion...?

    I was looking at replacing the Hornet with a CBR600RR even before the accident, but seating position will mean a lot from now on, or more frequent stops, ahhh FAGS

    well on the cbr600rr you'll get there a hell of a lot quicker hahaha (p.s. they have a reasonably priced new 2004 one in mt eden at the moment) But make hopefully you're back to 100% soon. I can image the gotta ride gotta ride now twitch is setting in and you're going to get pretty cranky soon hahahahahahaha

    Glad to hear you're up and about now.....yeh,acc sucks I'm only just back full time after the last 12 or so months....
    I'm not really surprised about the bike,it looked pretty crook,and it hit the ground pretty hard.
