Was cruising outta Taupo on the road to Te Kuiti this mid morning and not far from Taupo came across a hand full of Sport Riders loading a crashed black sport bike on a trailer - I hope and trust the Rider was OK, - seemed all under control, unless he/she had been Ambo'ed out already.
Plenty of bikes heading South out of Te Kuiti too - singles and groups - some classics - any idea whats on?

It was a mate of mine, the suspension linkage on his 06 Aprilia RSV Factory collapsed (sheared right through) and sent him into a bank.
He is all ok, but the bike is a right off

That sux! I hope he has some come-back on the Aprilia dealer - that's not the sort of thing you expect to happen on an expensive machine like that!
