That is actually quite cool. I watched it all the way through...

And there are much better ways than SH1 to get from Taupo to Auckland when one isn't already completely knackered from a trackday and just wanting to sit flopped over the tank in a daze for a few hours.

[Edit: At the points when the real pace of Erik's riding was 100kph, that video is showing it at almost exactly 3000 feet per second. Rifle bullet time! I've always wondered what it'd look like travelling at that speed.]

Erik was doing 300kmh on cruise control, both legs on handle bars to turn the bike, one hand holding a black-board and the other scratching it with his fingernails - yeah right

Should have removed the audio mate! nice video though
