Heres some pics of them painted. Personally, I would love to see a honda VTR250 that looked like that.

Darn, after a paint job. It really does make a big difference I like the CBR600 colours in red and black. Yeah white does look a little weird but I suppose it is individual preferences.

if i had that white bike out west at my place it would get tagged in no time
    (and going by track record)

everyone will think its a transportable white board for a uni geek
I've learnt to hide the pain inside, open the throttle and ride away.

Man this is perfect... Since the departure of the 250cc market back in 1994 the only CBR models that got face lifted were the larger displacement bikes 600+ afaik and recently the new CBR125R for learners in Japan and UK.

    This is bloody perfect.

I hope "Why would you do this" only refers to the plain white paint and not the design itself.

As everyone else mentioned, It looks great in colour.

I assumed he was referring to the 'punch me in the face I have no taste' blue lights?

'why would you do this?" because it would be a bloody boring world if everything was identical, i say whatever spins ya wheels.

How would one go about getting a bike painted like that?

I see repsol fairing kits on Ebay, perhaps that's the way to go. The landed cost is $1000+ though

the painted ones sure are pruddy things but personally I wouldn't spend that much $ on a 250.
