    HONDAS for Guy Fawkes?

I have often given shit to Velox and other honda riders that all they need to make there bike really entertaining is a box of matches and an open fuel tank.

That could have blown up in my face today!
Or more correctly burnt under my seat...

I have ahd a midrange lack of fuel stutter since I got this bike. (yeah ok its a honda)

It had been sitting for a few years so the tyres were flat and it had the usual dramas that goes along with a longtime sitting bike.
Cleaned the carbs when I got it home and It ran heaps better with all instead of 4 out of 30 or so emlusion hole things unblocked. Took it for a good cane and I notice altho improved the stutter was still noticable, sure it was fuel still as I checked the back plugs when I had tank and carbs off.

I left it for a while untill I pulled fuel tap assembly off to check the filter, thinking I was stupid not to check I when I was cleaning shit out of the carbs....FINE!?

Sweet as put it back together and noticed a screw up one of the hole leading to the regulator diaphram bit.

Ah Ha I thing so I pull it off so the diaphram has access to atmosphere thus allowing it to move....

    RAN GREAT!
    Whoo hoo!

    Drip Drip, oh thats stinky?!?

    Hole in Diaphram

Yay fuel pissing all over the main electical connections that are so conveniently placed.

So thats what the screw was for......
