There's a lot of Gixer600 owners on this site now (me soon)....could almost have our very own 'sub-forum'!

Welcome back to 2 wheels Jimbo. Its looks hot. Sunday might be fine so I expect you up the hill showing off the shiny new paint (keep it that way this time OK). Pity you just can't seem to find a bike tall enough for your long legs. No wonder your leathers have developed callouses on the knees.
The Gixxer6 is getting rave reviews and WT put in a stunner of a fast run at the sprints on one- wasn't in the results though??

    Jimbo,

How did you find the TEKA tune on your 750?
Huge improvement over standard. Did you have a aftermarket can and airfilter?

I've got a '98 with a K&N and a Yoshi TRS, TEKA tune to round off the package you think??

Mate I had a K&N filter and Two Bros can. The TEKA was bloody awesome. Made some good gains all the way through the rev range. Case in point at a local dyno shootout in Lower Hutt it made 126.9hp at the back wheel. That was more than a fireblade which made 117hp. The guys running the dyno were well impressed. TEKA is highly reccommended as soon as I have enough pingahs I will be getting one for the 600.

You might want a TRE (Timing retard eliminator) too
