    Your best ever bike

Here is something to keep me dreaming for the rest of the day!!

In all of the bikes you have had which one do you look back on as being the most fun, and why?

For me it was my first proper enduro bike. The very first model XR250 with the 23" front wheel. The first one I ever rode was my one as I rode it out of the shop. Heaps of fun, easy to ride, I could wheelie it for a long way through town and on the beach (I remember the first time I changed from
2nd to 3rd while on the back wheel!!

That was the first bike I raced. I changed the shocks and being a youngster put a noisy exhaust on it. Unfortunately it was stolen from outside work (no lock on it or ignition switch so fairly easy to steal). Insurance paid up, the Police found the engine in Porirua a year of so later!

also good figure 8 donuts on gravel.
crashed like a charm and I could always get back on and ride after.

My supercharged nitro drag bike. Reason? Because its performance outstripped my abilities by a great margin but taught me heaps and I loved it dearly because it never exploded, taking me with it
