    Get an exercise bike and try to keep your heart rate at 130-140 BPM this is good for fat burning. If you raise your heart rate higher you are building up your cardio fitness.

    Or try giving Frosty a slap.....

    Have arthritis in most of my joints so swimming is about the only form of exercise I can do at the moment. Have always had big calves though even when I was really skinny. Besides I want to ride NOW not in a few months time.

    I know exactly what you are talking about. Used to be a size 6, still had kankles. Size 8-10ish now, still have kankles. *shrug* lol

    Well am determined to be able to fit a pair of boots. Went swimming yesterday and going again today. Will see if it helps.

    Was told in one bike shop by owner that he cycles and has same problem as cycling makes calves bit.

    Did you see the legs on some of the netball girls last night? So it is not a matter of being fit.
