WANTED: 1999 Suzuki DR350X Wheels

Does any one have a set of wheels for a DR350X...?

I'm looking for a second set of wheels so i can put some road tyres on them for work and my other set for adventure riding...

Also have a friend that is looking for a set of wheels for his 2004 Suzuki DR-Z450...

Let me know what the damage will be...$$$

THere was a set on Trademe for $500 to fit a DR-Z400 and I dare say there whouldn't be too much work in fitting them for your 350. Came with Pirelli tyres and discs....but they just sold.

The other thing to check out is a thing called the "hooligan mod" which is fitting a set of 18" Suzuki GSR or similar wheels to the DR / DRZ. Needs a small amount of machining and spacers made up, but looks great. Try: http://www.thumpertalk.com/forum/sho...d.php?t=392780

Try also DR/DR-Z250 wheels.

The second set of wheels for my 2001 DR-Z250 came from a 1990-era DR350. The rear wheel was identical. The front 1990 had a 15mm front axle with 4-bolt disc, the 2001 had 17mm axle with 6-bolt disc, all other dimension the same. All that was required to fit it was to change the front wheel bearings to a set with the different internal diameter.

And yes, they are very different from DR-Z400 wheels.

Thanks guys will keep an eye out for a set of DR/DR-Z250 wheels. fingers crossed they fit my DR350X
