    Sorry guys, i was coming up to Ngaio up the old porirua road...(turn right just after the NZpost place)... there has been some recent roadworks up near the top and was a little dirt still on the road.

    Ah well, shit happens.

    dont think ill be out for the ride tomorrow night if my leg is still as sore as it is now.

    Well i still rode to work today.
    a little sore/stiff thismorning but thats alright. arnica cream will fix all.

    bike still wont hold a steady idol, not quite sure whats going on but ill give it a few days.. maybe take the take off in the weekend
