It doesn't instinctively appeal, though. I've never really been the Aprilia sort. They're like BMWs; never met one that really pushed my buttons.

A good, but maybe more conservative choice would be an XJR1300..... they are stunning bikes!

Too late I've already got a cb13

I have been round both islands on it & no problems @ all.
Good handling, comfortable all day on your own or with a passenger & enough zip to put a smile on your dial.
