It is her fault!
You do not need a reason to stop suddenly in the middle of the road...she was following too close and was unable to stop in half the clear distance ahead...her problem entirely
Diarrhoea is hereditary - it runs in your jeans
If my nose was running money, I'd blow it all on you...
.. however it had no warrant. Perhaps the brake problem could have been identified at a WOF check, even with a WOF your bike needs to be in roadworthy condition. Simply put the bike was not fit to be on the road in the first instance. If you weren't on the road she wouldn't have damage to her car.
Why'd you just throw her details away? That doesn't always make issues disappear mate. Good luck.

MATE! why did you throw her details away? Sounds like she may be at fault.... If you remember her rego I suggest that you go to the post shop and get them!
"Some people are like clouds, once they fuck off, it's a great day!"
I am not your mate, never will be and don't want to be.
It had no warrant cause I just got the thing going.
Why did you reply anyway. Just to make my anger boil more, How do you know my bike is not road worthy, And how do you get it road worthy without testing it before a warrant.
Please, I don't want scorn, So your comment is a Nil like you.
Thanks for the other CONSTRUCTIVE comments
lol cruiser boy. Fun times on the internet. Nevermind, I'm off for a ride on my warranted and registered bike. Have fun arguing.
If she contacts the cops, expect a ticket for no wof or reg.
She could argue you pulled out in front of her. Failing to give way to other vehicle not turning is another $150.
Her failing to stop short, if that was argued, is $150.
You will get a visit soon, is my guess.....but then again, if she has thrown your details away too, call it a draw?
You'd rightly get booked for havin no rego, wof and by the sounds of it, no licence.
She'd be at fault ordinarily, however the crash shouldn't have happened.. or rather wouldn't have if you'd got a bike that was road worthy.
MY ADVICE... which you asked for..... Seek anger management... Sounds to me like you've got an anger problem.
thanks for the laugh !![]()
:slap:
Anyone that collides with you from behind is at fault!
I worry about the de-registered, no warrant bike, and the rear brake jams on comment. Dont ride it till it is safe and legal.
If she does make contact with you, you need to decide if you want to persue it. I can assure you her insurance company will not take kindly to the state your bike was in at the time of the incident. You may even find yourself facing a bill for the repairs to her car!
Stay off the road till the bike is sorted!
Yes I have got anger problems.
But my bike is not a piece of shit, and I resent anyone implying it.
I spent hours of work into it, and I love it like you guys must love yours.
Edit- Yeah bring on the Red bling. Please leave your name by it too
if neither of you have insurance good luck in getting money dude.
Not having a wof will make it hard as well, esp if it was a brake failure that caused the accident.
the law says if somone rear ends you its their fault, but if you were at a give way sign, it may be differnt.
good luck with getting ur bike back on the road, it sux when stuff happens thats not your fault.
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot
