Where did you ride and what did you practise?

No, I am not back, yet.

However I have posted to the Newbie Update blogg:
    http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/bl....php?entry=103

    November 2007

As it is a new 'riding season' I think it will be useful to recommence the theme: "Where Did You Ride and What Did You Practise?" and for all the recent new riders to get alongside their mentor and practise, practise, practise. I would like to think a kiwibiker community member will pick up the torch and run with this theme.[/I]

    Keep the rubber side down.

    All the best.

    Heads Up and Enjoy

    Why not?

So you've come back to tell us you're not back. You've been away almost a week now must be time you came back to tell me at least which bars to keep away from in Hobart where I'm going on Monday.

    Things I practiced

Considering I am now riding to work, whenever I can. I am trying to practice a different thing on the way to work and another on the return journey home.

I just pick something different each time... So I say before getting on the bike, I am going to work on my gear changes, to make more smooth. and I concentrate on that for the ride in. And then maybe cornering on the way home..

But I am definetely going to have to get onto one of the CWNR's for some advice from other riders though. Can never stop learning

    Cheers

    Rimitakas

This week i have been riding back and forth over the rimitakas ( about 12 times) and am starting to get alot more confident with my cornering and especially going downhill. I practise shifting y wieght from side to side for the corners and I think i'm getting pretty good at riding the hill now.
Roll on the next sunny day.
While you sit there liking things just cos' everyone else does, I'll be standing up here keeping it real.
