    Reservoir Booty

...no, no pictures of hot chicks.

What the hell are these used for on sports bikes?

All i can think of is to prevent UV damage to brake/clutch fluid... but suspect that its only because their heroes use them on MotoGP bikes...

Alright, heres a picture of a hot chick then...

yeah i think it to stop sun damaging the brake fluid i mean for a race bike why it will get changed every race anyway, on a road bike has some sorta understanding since not changed as offten, but more often than not its bit of a wank factor

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

i just put mine on there after i have finished my game of tennis, makes it easier to find.

oh and they could also save damage from leaking brake fluid due to soaking it up before it gets a chance to spray all over your bike, ask DMNTD and Unit.

    Heh, some interesting theories.

Basically skelstar, that one you've pictured... it's a prime example of why they use them on bikes.

You put it on the brake resiouisortjkjf VOIR so you have a place to store it when you are riding. When you are done riding, the sweatband can return to it's pride of place on your wrists.

    Bjorn had the right idea.

Might stop a dribble if you are hasty and overfill.

What Cajun said. I got one on only cos it came with the mag.
Put it on just for wank factor and knew thats where it went, later I found
    out it had a purpose.

I'm wondering if it makes the brake fluid maintain a higher temp than normal? I seem to get an interesting amount of brake fade, with braided lines... even on the road
