Hey congrats on the new bike..i'm saving up for a 650 for when i get my full in the distant distant future lol. I dunno about the full fairing aye..i love the praying mantis look of the half fairing.

My SV650S has a Two Brothers aluminium exhaust and is embarrassingly loud at times. I still get a thrill going through tunnels

I am starting to regret that I didn't buy that 03 SV1000 for 7 grand...

Btw what sort of mileage am I looking at on a full tank of gas?

Some dude on trade me selling his old YZF1000 claims he can get a good 320 out of his touring tank. WTF? Is this true? Why this much?

Thats cause he was riding it like a nana at the time.

I've just done 240k on my Sv1000 and it cost $22 to fill (12.6 litres), so thats 19km to a litre i think. And yeah i also was nanaing around. And there was probably about two litres left in the tank.

They finally get a full fairing too in the new 2008 S model.

You've been able to get the lower fairings as a zuki part for a while from what I can tell. Are they just fitting them stock now?
