Some people will do anything for a new bike
Glad to hear the injuries were not worse and hope insurance doesn't mess you around.

Voltaire - on his deathbed to a priest asking that he renounce Satan
- Now, now my good man, this is no time for making enemies.
Ouch! sad to hear man.
So... is it time for a new bike did you say? lol
If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.
Hey mate, that sucks big time.
Glad to hear your leathers did their trick, probably the best investment anyones ever made. Gixxer curse strikes again..![]()
Never let your enemy see your emotions, for it is the one weapon they will value most.
Bugger mate, get well.
Now I will probably get 'holier than thou' jip for this but from the road code

A yellow signal indicates that the lights will soon turn red.
2 beers?
ScienceDaily (Sep. 19, 2002) — COLLEGE STATION, September 18, 2002 - For most drinkers, knowing when to say when occurs a lot quicker than they think. A study by Texas A&M University's Center for Alcohol and Drug Education Studies shows that even a small amount of alcohol - in many cases, as few as one or two beers - can seriously affect judgment and driving decisions.
I await grief but at same time lessons to be learned.
Bugger Glenn! Bet your Ambo mates really took the piss! Good to hear you got away with only minor injuries from the over-road and expedition. Next bike?? 675 is a good option...or as DMNTD noted..the KTM. oh...or the new KTM out shortly.
Nail your colours to the mast that all may look upon them and know who you are.
It takes a big man to cry...and an even bigger man to laugh at that man.
Got to love a small community really........LOL no secrets here.
Bummer about the bike mate, AC joint injuries hurt really badly at first, settle reasonably quickly, but then come and get ya again and again when you least expect it......reaching up to get something etc.....
Hope you are not too sore, and enjoy the shopping experience once insurance has settled.
