sorry to hear about your bin
sorry to hear about your bin
Glad to hear ur ok Glen..
yeh you looked abit dazed but more so looked like you needed some space..but mate i spent some time on sunday reading about Backfire/Razya's crash and couple hours later i see you hit the ground, it kinda brought the possibility to reality. i mean i dont know you but u were on a bike and ur a fellow human being, so obviously the people there were worried about you...understandably.
but from your position i can now see it wouldve been a little embarrasing or just needing some space to let reality smack you...
anyway i went to the lights right after it happened and on the road i see black skid marks showing u fishtailed..but i didnt wanna mention that you let'er rip incase people think you were trying to show of or be a dumbass at the lights.
hence the line " he wasnt trying to show of just line up..."
anyway one minute eating dinner n the next minute seeing a motorcycle cartwheeling..with the lound crashs..but we were real glad you actually stood up..
so anyway not to make it a big deal tho..so im just glad you're ok and i apologize for posting it ahead of you, i just wanted to check if it was anyone on here and more importantly if the rider was ok..got the answer...good luck with buying a new one..
ps BOOMER:
lol yeh i noticed the tipsy blonde tellin him to take his t-shirt off..
yeh after you said "shows over..."!! people just kinda walked away..i guess some people were just standing around to check out the damage..kinda sad that they didnt help him up and check..i saw a lotta people just checkin the bike and like "wow..that bike is ******" rather than actually checkin on Glen..
Chuck Norris has two speeds. Walk, and Kill.
Good to hear you're ok Glenn, but seriously I think boomer must have spiked your drink to take advantage of you, but couldn't. Cold tyres, orange light and speedie..ppff..I'd blame boomer.
Heal up and happy shopping!
And skidMark, I hope you have enough coin to buy some decent panties and toilet paper for yourself before the 10.![]()
There nothing wrong with their frames mate, dunno where you got that info?
Have you test ridden a modern thou Mark? You sure you wanna buy one before spending time on a 600? By spending time I mean riding a 600 until you can comfortably sit in the fast group of the trackdays or be near the front or lead the medium group.
Your call in the end, thous cost more in tyres, in insurance, chains, etc. Are you prepared to spend on all this? Will you still have money left over for maintenance and track days?
Just something to think about bud. All the best with whatever you choose.
It's good to have a life and a motorcycle - not choose between one and the other.
Best wishes whichever bike you get.

So Glen what have you test ridden? Ever thought of a Buell or KTM??
The weekend isn't that far away![]()
