Riverhead 100 Extreme Cross-Country Race (15 December)

Looks like we'll get 1/2 a dozen guys coming down, from what the guys were saying last night sounds like it should be a sweet ride.

and that's fine- we want someone who is after a challenge and looking for something a bit different- if your serious about an event like this you will be up new tyres as well- so it won't suit someone on a budget.

Certainly the saturday would not be for the kids and doubtful for a nana like me but would like to go to the trail ride on the sunday. However, is there any family concession? and would it be ok for kids say on a crf 100 or rm80?
Else with 4 kids ( admitedly one's nearly an adult - but she is a gal!) it kind a looks real expensive at 30 bucks each thats $155? sandpits $60 for us all?
