    East Cape crash (21 November)

    Off the Hauraki website. I know there was some guys talking about doing an East Cape run this week......

    Motorcyclist injured in high speed crash

    A Tauranga motorcyclist has spinal injuries after crashing on SH35 on the East Cape

    A Tauranga man has been airlifted from East Cape with spinal injuries, after crashing his motorcycle.

    The TrustPower TECT rescue helicopter airlifted him from Whanarua Bay this morning.

    The 38-year-old motorcyclist had been travelling at speed on SH35, when he apparently lost control and crashed into a bank.

    He was flown to Tauranga Hospital in a moderate condition
