    New Hyosung RX450SM

    MCN Article
Hyosung has just launched the RX450SM, an all new motorcycle to be publicly unveiled at the NEC show next week.
The RX450SM uses Hyosung’s own 450cc liquid-cooled single cylinder engine producing a claimed 50bhp at 8,500rpm. The engine is housed in a tubular frame which also acts as the oil tank for the dry-sump engine, and an aluminium swingarm and subframe help keep weight down to just 120kg without fluids.
The new motorcycle has a fully-adjustable rear monoshock and 45mm upside-down forks, and a Brembo caliper grabs a 260mm wavy disc at the front, and a 250mm disc at the rear. Price and colours are yet to be announced.

    This sounds like fun.
Why buy a chinese bike for BMW prices when you could have this.
I'm not so keen on the yellow, black would look cool.

    Hyosung continue to impress.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

It looks like it's fuel-injected too.

Yea, it wouldn't suprise me the way Hyosung have been going, and theres bound to be a dirt version in the works sometime.

Would be cool to see them make the GT650 into an adventure bike.

Brembo's? Excellent, they're bringing in better components

The radiator shrouds look very much like a Husky's

Definitely could do with an aftermarket exaust though, the steel one on my bike looks better than that.

It's pretty cool having the oil in the frame as well, some fairly trick bits on there.

I don't really know a lot about motards, but is this nearing a genuine racing level? Because I've always had concerns about buying from any manufacturer that doesn't have a competitive history. But this looks like it could be seriously awesome.

Looks good but the proof would be in the ability.
