    Rodney District Charity Trail Ride

I have no idea what this would be like. So was wondering if anyone on here has ridden there, and what they made of it?

    Thanks

I've done it the last few years. Quite short loops but fast and fun. Some of it is quite cow pocked and when really dry quite rough. Its fun when its a little wet. Some good corners, short hill climbs, over all I quite like it, but often do two loops back to back. Got to be careful the first few loops to make sure you don't go off the tops of banks in a place or two. I'll be there for sure.
By the way, this ride is on Sunday isn't it?

Twice the displacement, twice the cost and a decibel problem, I'll pass on the inside brraaaap!!!

The Rodney trail ride was awesome! Did you get out there Rupecopp? $30.00 even if you were not a club member. It was run backwards for the most part this year and was dry and fast but with some good bumps and jumps and lots of corners and hills. And the bike came home clean for a change! Quite fun for a change from racing amongst the trees. Good opportunity to dial in the jetting for summer with several full throttle hill climbs at disposal. Over heard someone say that the laps were 18km and if that was true I did 10 laps so 180km! Only one mishap with a guy that I was chasing failing to take a bend and off the top of a bank to end up in a heap at the bottom winded. I went over as well but managed to save it. Checked he was ok and then one of the many marshalls showed up to look after him and I was off again.
    Top day, thanks Rodney Club!

Nah, went to the Mr Motorcycles one. Although it was well put on it was a bit to open, and well boring really. Sorry I did enjoy it, but should have listen to Danger and gone to the Rodney one. Got home with a clean bike also.
