Rep should be banned, gives people the illusion they are cooler than they are and often just encourages them, or makes them just mad at having their ego bruised by red rep

I also have always thought the rep system degrades this site and makes it less than it could be. It incites childishness and abuse. I would enjoy this site better if the rep system was scrapped. Just my 0.05c.
Yeah...it's kind of nice just knowing why people agreed with you in the first place.
Another bike site with a similar layout to this one has way more abuse and childishness on it, but no rep system. So no disrespect, but I don't really think that it makes a jot of difference.
