    i vote for the toy car becasue volvos are just glamerised hearces [sp] - box on wheeles.

    The Volvo...roads are too straight for the Celica to gain any advantages,especially since said Celica is a non turbo automatic.
    Volvo has a tonne of torque therefore once up to speed would simply cruise.

    However...as mentioned the cops would win as both cars aren't faster than cop radios.

    Volvo S8 = 260km/hr
    Toyota Celica = 180 km/hr

    the celica will be a jap car thats why the speedo only goes to 180 km
    this used to be because the jap wernt allowed to sell a car that showed more than 180 on the clock .different today
    This is why so many road bikes a ways back all the speedos went to 180 and im guessing all were imports as this it what i used to see.
    and who will win the celica
    the volvo i doubt will make 260 about 230 if that
