True, they're parents could confiscate the bike for an extended period of time, that's the only thing I could thing of being worse than any injury.

I would start with the parents and make it clear just how much skin on road hurts, failing that...let the coppers get involved.
Nail your colours to the mast that all may look upon them and know who you are.
It takes a big man to cry...and an even bigger man to laugh at that man.

I dont know how effective the parents would be. I was the same year as the girls oldest brother (who now dose not get along with the family)and he bullyed me (we are now mates, strange that) and the mum did not seem to concerned with doing anything about that then.

    Remembering i am only 19 not a 40s or 50s experienced biker....

I'd tell the cops if they were a danger to others or if it got to a point where it was really annoying.

If they had helmets on I'd say leave it. Most of your body grows back at lowish speeds - lesson learned. Brains are a different story. Oh that brian injury smarts the 6th time around, I'm still getting over it. Not so worried about the legal side of things just the permanent damage issue. You could be their mate now and start pashing them when they're old enough?
I'm selling my new riding gear!! Only worn a few times get a deal Kiwibikers!!

Let them ride, I used to do stupid things which were similar... but make sure they protect their noggins....once the head is damaged that's it..

Im glad I wore a helmet...made me feel like a real bike racer

If its a mini trail bike, tell them to get the bloody thing off the road and onto the local reserve/farm etc etc.. unless its got motard tyres..... Falling off one of those things on grass hurts less than falling off on the road.
Pretty much, just go and pull the grumpy neighbor yelling at the kids thing, it worked for me.

Motards are cool, so i'd turn a blind eye..
