Oops - sorry, I forgot this part.
The 'pro' of my answer would be that my answer was good for making you (and possibly others) aware that the (almost)mighty VFRXXX can be considered a sprotsbike. Another 'pro' might be that it might educate people about the illustrious history of the VFR, and the Great Freddie Spencer.
Even though he's Mrkn.
A 'con' might be that the VFRXXX could become popular due to its great all-rounder quality, and then the prices would go higher than they already are.
Although that could also be regarded as a 'pro', because when I'm forced to sell it, I won't lose so much money. Another 'con' is my answer was poorly worded and formatted given I'm a professional browser of the Interdweeb SLASH writer.
Yet another 'con' is that my answer wasn't humorous, smutty, rude or insulting, so I won't get any rep points for it. But that's OK, because even though I keep giving them away, strewing them about like confetti, they keep multiplying. I think the little fuckers are breeding.![]()
... and that's what I think.
Or summat.
Or maybe not...
Dunno really....![]()
Your tinted visor isn't dark enough. It'd be more betterer if it was mirror-plated as well, or you wore dark glasses under the neath.
I like to ride my VFRXXX at moderate speed pretending I'm on a black GSXRRRRR, riding through heavy traffic at high speed on one wheel, crossed-up, with smoke pouring off the wildly-spinning back tyre, while I'm sitting on the handlebars, wearing a beanie, board shorts, jandals and a wife-beater.![]()

Hi. My name's Blue Velvet and I like phat sprotsbikes.
I own a '99 SV650S and a K7 GSX-R750.
I (generally) commute to work on the SV because even though I have secure undercover parking at work, I don't feel comfortable leaving the 750 there at times (dodgy workmates). If I lived further away I'd probably just ride the 750. I recently moved closer to work (though it was not my reason for moving).
I ride the 750 just about everywhere else - long distance, weekend, night time rides, etc.
I plan to take the SV to the track after a bit of TLC as I've never been before and the thought of binning the SV doesn't hurt as much. Then I'll start taking the 750.
I find the 750 fits me very well, more so than the SV. I tuck into it like a glove. I would ride it everywhere if I didn't have the SV. The 750 is a nicer ride...
