I think it is, but could someone confirm before I make the trip (Scott?)
it open, fine out here,
Just got a text from a mate that tells me to be afraid because all the jump faces have been built up. I rode it last summer and it was all quite ridable. Can anyone comment on the current state of the track? Because I don't do much MX these days I'm a bit out of practice for jumping anything to rad.
none of the faces have been built up, we have built up some of the landings that actually make it safer, (they wear down in the middle over time making harder landings) we do it every year,
the track is in awsesome condition at the moment
your mate does not know what he is talking about
you will be fine, trust me,
Scott
sorry shouldn;t have bitten like that,
you will be fine, place is very smooth at the moment,
have heard great things about this track aye. Anyone got photos or is ther a website? Keen to have a squiz
www.pukemx.com,.
not to many photos of the track on thier, open most saturdays for practice
Just got back and Scott is right, track is in awesome nick at the moment, had a great ride but could have done with more but the club can't help that with the limitations placed on them. It was all ridable and safe, except I was cautious over the jump before the big straight, but with a bit of time my confidence will build with more jumping under the belt. Thanks Puke Motorcycle club for maintaining this great facility.![]()
not a problem, track is pretty awesome conidtion at the moment, and haveing the sprinklers always helps,
