Wouldn't ever go that far, bud.....
But I would go so far as to call him a friend. Also someone who I could learn a lot about RIDING off. (Not necessarily stunting)...
And being a newbie rider and all, I sure do appreciate it when riders who have exerience (Like Drew and others, whoever that might be ) pass it on to newbie riders like myself.
My post was hoping to put MY view across that I have faith in Drew's control, and if was riding in the same group as him, and he pulled a wheelie beside or behind me. I might have a momentary clench, but then I think a lot worse could be coming around the next corner....
But everyone to their own I suppose.
... On a different note, anyone got a copy of this Bikers Code by chance..?

Welcome to KB, Tony & Carolyn
Hmmm...
Firstly, I'm a pom...apparently it's in my nature to whinge.
Secondly, I've explained (and apologised) for inappropriate thread posting.
Thirdly, umm...I do not own a sportsbike.
Fourthly, I was aware of your overtaking manoeuvre.
Look, I've explained the reasoning behind my views and I'll respect the views of all others, but surely you have something more constructive to say than harden the fuck up! Meanwhile, I'll remain quietly heartened by those who see my side of the issue, and say thanks to the others who chose not to air their views publicly but preferred to bling or PM their support :-)
Like I said before, it's threads like these that help to define which camp we all sit in. No bad thing in my view.

Sure.
Have a look at this, a really nice exhuast for the GT250 model engine. Most of the other exhuasts sound 'okay' down low and then develop an annoying ear ringing pitch up high, fucking annoying at cruising speeds. This Micron seems to be a 'bit more loose' and sounds better right through.
Just google "Biker Code". It's posted in lots of palces. Summary is
1. Don't take shit from anyone.Be kind to women, children and animals, but don't take any bullshit. This is an essential part of being a biker. It has to do with respect and honor.
2. Never lie, cheat or steal
3. Don't snitch
4. Don't snivel.
5. Never say die and never give up
6. Help others. When a brother or sister is broken down by the side of the road, always stop and help them. Courtesy costs you nothing and gives you everything.
7. Stick to your guns. Do what you say you'll do, be there when you say you will. This is called integrity.
8. Life is not a drill. Live life now, make the most of each moment.

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
If you wanted to report bad driving in NZ, it would be a full time job and a pointless one at that. What Drew was doing wasn't dangerous at all. What is dangerous are my wheelies. Absolutely no control or finesse what so ever. Heck, I should probably turn myself in before I kill someone.
