Angry Gravel and crap - Eketahuna to Masterton

    Hi Riders

Just traveled down from Eketahuna towards Alfredton, and then south towards Te Ore Ore and Masterton.

There is so much CRAP!!, as in loose unswept gravel, dirt, fallen trees (with no warning signs), cow dung - yeah I know the loose stuff has been there since last year but it is now a darn sight worse. If you manage to get out of there alive, you have done extremely well, please be careful out there guys and gals!!

    Cheers

It's been like that for ages. I keep forgetting to contact the MDC and ask them to get their sweeper out. Some bits of new seal weren't swept after they were laid a over year ago.

Welcome to back country road riding. You'll just love Alfredton to Pongaroa to Pahiatua.
