    The rider is wearing appropriate gear, he has the correct knee out, his upper body is angled just right, he is in the perfect position in his lane for the speed he is doing.

    i think you still use an original scorpio tyre from manufacturing?
    why dont you replace it with better one?
    90-100f and 110-120r med comp maybe would help
