I used to wear a 661 Assault pressure suit that worked well for me. It doesn't have full arms which I choose because the length is always wrong on me and I wore separate elbow guards.

Worked well except it was a little warm to be wearing here for about half the year.

Mine is an EVS Ballistic jersey Mark. I couldn't be happier with it, as you saw it is a real good fit and you don't know you have it on.

Available from any GOOD bike store( don't you hate that saying?!!!) ...no, really it should be, particularly if it is a dirt orientated shop.

    Good luck.

Mine's a 661 full pressure suit (not sure which model). Fits nicely under my non-armoured dri rider jacket, is comfortable for all day wearing (wore it for the whole Dusty Butt 1000km 2 dayer) and keeps me nice and warm when riding in the cold.... Oh yeah and it takes the knocks as well. It can be a bit warm on hot days. I would have bought the competing O'Neal product, which was cheaper, but none of the sizes seemed to fit me. I'm pretty stoked on the 661.

I used a 661 suit which was tested regularly (I'm even worse on a dirt bike than a road bike) aand only damaged sustained was pride. Cofortable both summer and winter.
Give Katman a PM he might be able to do you a really good deal.

Off-roading I use a Biko body armour mesh suit. It includes a large armadillo-style back protector and kidney belt. The back protector and kidney belt zip off the rest of it. Bought it at Motomail years ago. It was only $200 so not the most expensive. They got another batch of a different brand shortly afterwards, they were specialed off as they were crap and they had too many returns.

I wish this stuff was available when I first started riding. Add a waterproof jacket and you have a really versatile combo for road & trail.
    Cheers,
    Colin
