    Suzuki plastic fantastic

hey folks, i'm fitting a new fairing to the steve roberts built suzuki plastic fantastic that robert holden won the nz formula one championships on in the 1984/84 season.
does anyone out there have any shots of robert riding this bike during this season.
extra points for ones at wanganui's cemetery circuit and/or gracefeild as those are the colours its going to be.
all photos appreciated even better if you can post them here for all to appreciate this bike.
    cheers

Wow - RH's yellow plastic fantastic. I remember watching the Holden/Farrow/Freeth duels at Pukekohe in the old days. Electrifying stuff!
That's quite a piece of history you have there!

No pics sorry, but watching Dave Hiscock race it at the Cemetery cct against (erm, Aussie guy, think Phillis) on a Kat was a big impression & got me coming back every year. Holden was on a GSX of some sort not quite able to match the pace, pulling wheelies that I thought were pretty cool also.

Have an ACMN article on the bikes somewhere.

I have a few pics of it when Rob did a few demo laps at Lyall Bay track when he first go the ride.
Hmmmm where the hell will they be ????
    Hold that thought ill look.

ok i found it. he was wearing yellowish leathers (Dunlop / Pro) with a
    white / red helmet.
The bikes mainly white with black rims and its got a red looking logo on the lowers ( i think its PRO HELMETS) or it may be the F1 number which was red background.
The truth is it was taken with a poxy 110 instant camera at a range of about 20metres so its a small image lol.
According to my recording under the pic it was Lyall Bay 1983/84 season.

I also have a pic of him in Brut 33 Gracefield with the number 1 on the front in Yellow upper and White lowers with a Yellow front guard. Still has black rims.
    Hope that helps
    Paul.

Well I've got a whole album of photos from a 1982 endurance race at Baypark. Wire wheel Kats, CB1100Rs, Moriwaki Kawasakis - you name it. But stiff shit - the moderators won't let me post any pictures.
