Why do so many dickheads expect to be allowed to sit on your bike...

for a photo when it's parked somewhere in public? Do these same fucktards also expect to just be allowed to jump into someone's car for a photo too? How about a convertible, parked and unattended - do they just help themselves?

Again tonight, I had to tell a couple of cocksmokers they weren't getting a photo of themselves on my bike no matter how they begged but they were free to go and buy their own fucking bike and take as many photos of them sitting on it as they liked. In the past I've said "Sure - you can sit on my bike and put your grubby mitts all over it as long as if I can do the same to your girlfriend" but these two plonkers tonight didn't have any women with them.

This sort of shit never used to happen. What changed? I suspect a loss of respect for other peoples property. We started down the slippery slope of actions without consequences when corporal punishment in schools was stopped - it's only going to get worse as the undisciplined generation ages, what with this anti-smacking bill bullshit.

You just don't fuck with another man's (or woman's for that matter) automobile. That's all there is to it.
If it wasn't for a concise set of rules, we might have to resort to common sense!

No one wants to sit on my bike, wonder why?

But yea, know what you mean, my mum used to get so pissed off with people just hopping into her T-Bucket hotrod years back, got back one day and found some ones heels or something had scratched the leather seat.
"I came into this game for the action, the excitement... go anywhere, travel light,... get in, get out,... wherever there's trouble, a man alone... Now they got the whole country sectioned off; you can't make a move without a form."

Paved roads are just another example of wasted tax payer dollars.

Cos they want to sit where I have placed my nether regions?

Seriously, I've never had anyone ask cos maybe my bike is only cool in my eyes , but I think I'd be quite happy for the first few times, but then the novelty would wear off.

Or else I would perhaps be tolerant, thinking that I was fostering new bike addictions. I don't know. Would no doubt depend on if I had PMT or not. . .

Most of the jerkoffs that ask to park their sweaty arses on bikes, have NEVER owned one of their own. Maybe they just want to get a fell for wearing leather

Have had a fair few ask and I've always said yes...to date.
I actually take it as a compliment TBH

However...sit on my bike without asking gets a whole new reaction

FFS, I'd want to check your bike out as myself, there's clearly a burr under your saddle.

Nobody's ever asked and it wouldn't be a problem. If they love the idea of a bike and want to try one for size, just to get the "feeling" why would I want to stop them? Spread the word and hope more join the happy KB and biking communities.

So if this is happening to you after midnight in places where there's lots of very pissed people, then the fault is yours. You're f*g nuts to leave your bike anywhere near those places, you're asking for trouble. Oh ... I get it, you like trouble?

I don't have a problem with that, the most important thing is they asked.
Its nice to know people think I have a nice e nuff bike that they want to sit on it.
I use to have a sticker on my tank: If you value your life as much as i value this bike don't F**k with it.
Why would you ride that long and that gnarly stuff if you don't have to, Its what we do, we love it.

I was at the Burt Munro Rally and a fella came up and started asking if Ducati ownership was really as big a financial pain in the arse as everyone makes out. Guy was an Alfa Romeo fan so I told him what I thought of Ducatis and my financial experience of them. He didn't ask and seemed a respectful kind of fella so I got off my bike and offered him a seat to see what he thought.

Most non bikers see my bike and assume it's like $30,000 worth (it's worth about $6,000 but that's only coz it's a minter) so they usually don't even breathe on it....also I'm a big angry fella from Glasgow which seems to put people off a bit too.....

Nobody ever wants to sit on my bike.

    I think I'd be flattered...

Had a great moment on the motorway on the K1200RS the other day, just pootling along past a convertible with a couple of young boys in the back. Their heads followed me and they waved madly as I overtook.

I would have pulled a wheelie for them, but the K's a shaft drive. Shafties can't wheelie, you know. It's physics.
