"The world is a strange sad place. Ride as often as possible and try not to think about it".
Yea ol dynamo really works eh, tried it and the muck came right off with the hose. Will have to see what happens in winter, but I tried a no name brand before and it didn't work very well at all.
Each to their own,
And my mix is a bit strong.
1ltr of Dynamo + 5ltr of Water, mixed well in a 6ltr garden sprayer.
Warehouse sell a 4.4 liter bottle they import for about $14~$15
I use about a liter per wash, which is a bit heavy handed.
@ around $1.70 a wash, and it does all the work, I care not.
Shit thats strong I have a Plessey pump weed sprayer 5L dedicated for this, the full mix does heaps of cleans.
I put 100ml - 150ml in 5L. Light blue colour mix. Especially if your using that 4x strength stuff?
If you need a little more penetration let it sit for 10 mins before you wash it off.
Haven't used a water blaster in 5 years as it pumps the dynamo past the bearing seals and degrades the grease.
Remember to take the filter out (for cleaning and re oiling) and put a filter plug in and do the inside of the airbox to.
I have found over the years that if you use to much it leaves a film on the bike.
More to the point on the discs etc and the brakes get very sad because of this. Clean discs off with thinners every now and then.
Then light spray with CRC, wrap a soaked oil rag around the fork stauntions to put an oil film on and oil chainDONE
Secondly because your using essentially a clothes cleaner hang your pressure suit, Knee guards and pants etc if they are to muddy for the washing machine on the fence and do them to![]()
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!
'Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out! Shouting, ' Holy sh!t... What a Ride!! '
Yea I know, I "should" use less, but it's what I've always used, and it's always worked so well, so it's hard to change my ways.

To add to your secondly use.
Boots upside down going into the top of a road cone, spray with Dynamo mix, leave for ten, spray off with water.
Yep good tip for the boots I lean mine upside down on the fence under the other stuff.
You sure that's real Dynamo (not cheap whorehouse knock off) cant find that colour bottle on their web site??
http://www.colgate.com.au/app/PDP/Dy...e.cvsp#/range/
I use the blue ones with the thick blue liquid in.
I have tested most of the household cleaners trying to find something cheaper
NOTHING works like dynamo!! (use it on the road bikes to).
Dunno whats in the shit but its really good.
That whorehouse stuff maybe why your having to use a litre in 5L????

Dynamo convert here, shit works wonders
Its very much up to how you mix it put to much in and it will leave a film get it right and Bingo![]()
