    Buying a radar detector

    I want to buy a radar detector, I cant be r-sed researching them on the internet - where can I walk into a shop in Auckland and talk to someone about what to buy, then buy it?

    Any help appreciated.

    buy a decent one that you can plug headphones into. V1's cant.
    Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

    Radar Direct. Aranui St Mt Wellington. You can buy detectors, brackets for mounting them etc etc etc. I bought a V1, H.A.R.D system, stem mount and plastic case from them. As the master pointed out, the V1 doesn,t have an earpiece, but I,ve seen a dozen or so people rip the earpiece thingy to bits by hopping off the bike while still attached, but I haven't seen anybody bust a H.A.R.D. system yet!

    yes, but sound that comes in an earpiece travels at the same speed as light
