    Is there any max owners out there , where are you , what model , what mods have you had done etc ....

    Heavier flywheel, aftermarket regulator/rectifier, Solid motor mounts.

    thanks - havent seen that site before

    at least with the delays it gives me a chance to save more $$$$ but i cant wait much longer then a couple of years before i get another bike. fingers crossed for 2009

    I have an '85- totally stock, with about 6000 miles on it. Bought it new in Tucson, Arizona when they were first released and shipped it to the UK- first one in Europe. I'm convinced it's the best motorcycle engine ever and when I get some time one day I'd love to build a chain drive special in a decent frame with some brakes that work and a tank that will get you a bit further than 95 miles. Oh- and it's now sitting in storage in the UK waiting for me to get my act together and do something with it.
