it sure is an awsome road.
    but remember this.....
the minute u dont respect the hill it will kick your ass as a lot of people have found out including me.

also watch out for cars pulling out of drive ways. That was something i never thought about until it hapnd to me.

keep er on two wheels and expect the unexpected and you'll have many great rides over the hill brother.

And watch out for boy racers on your side of the road.
And watch out for Pajeros and other wankie-suvs on your side of the road.
And watch out for Joe Law on your side of the road.
And watch out for gravel on the line through corners.
And watch out for teenage girls on big horses.

The Paekak hill is fantastic but treat it with respect at all times. Don't know about other riders but I have great difficulty seeing through rock.

Good to see you like the hill mate. It's a good piece of road alright. Every now and then though you have to pay the rent however. Me and MotoXX have paid ours recently.

    See you out there sometime.

haven't done the paraparas since the floods, is there still a road to ride??
another good road when riding north is SH54 (fielding to Vinegar Hill), very cool. will give you a good impression of just what your bike can do.
when i lived in welly p hill was our home track, me and the boys have a few home vids of us riding the hill. its a very cool road without parallel (that i have found yet)
but remember i have seen, heard and talked to many people whom have crashed up there and it an't pretty. i suppose thats why the fuzz parks up on the straight (porirua side) these days.
yeah... sorry bro, i thought that ment miles 'n hour.

Its right outside # 465 on the heading north side. Hav a chat to sparky bills hes seen it. i havent seen it yet tho. apparently its in two parts where i got off the brakes to try and avoid the vehicle.

it was 2 weeks ago tho but i dont think it would be gone.
also i was out with sparky bills the other night and him and another mate knew the exact green landrover discovery i was talking about. both had issues with it before.
