true but assuming he isnt a dealer then he wouldnt be saying "AHAHAHA NAH FUCK YA BUDDY!" under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

so a statement that says "under the CGA you can say..... ...assuming your nt a dealer" is a paradox.

I believe Dave is trying to say "Caveat emptor"..........Latin for "Buyer Beware".

That & I tend to agree with the others, the clown has tampered with it, stuffed it & now wants his money back, pfffff to that.

Oh & one other minor detail...............he has already got the same bike so wtf is he going on about saying it isn't fast enough???

Something fishy goin on there guvna. Tell him to take a hike
To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends. To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded

Bah. I was going to point that out. But yeah - if he/they already had one - they must know how fast they are... Tell him to naff off.

I thought it might've been a case of him knowing how fast those particular bikes are, and the new one he bought isn't as quick. But that's completely beside the point.

I'm in the tell him to get f*cked category. A deal is a deal.

Now might be the time to get any photos of your kids bike together. Pix that might show the condition of the crankcases, bodywork etc. so if it comes to it, you can prove that he has made changes.
