    I've not been following the latest BMW models closely.

    Did they actually release a factory supermotard version of the HP2? Or is that an unofficial conversion?

    Is that a 16" front hoop?
    I tain't scared of 16" fr hoops......(runs away from old nightmares)

    Checked Mottorad site. 17". (nightmares fading away).

    NIce work on the pics. I love everything on that machine within about 500mm of the axles.

    Have done no reseach - just been zooming on it. No death wobbles, stable, but extremely quick steering.

    These types of bikes just make such good sense for the urban environment.

    Around where I live and in the back of Mt Eden and the inner suburbs the byways are being turned into obstacle courses. Bumps lumps humps chicanes.

    This thing, (and my Buell's) suspension just eats it.
    Stand on the pegs and charge through - great fun.

    And bodywork is a waste under 120kph, a hinderance around town.
    Love its guts.

    Too right it sounds good.

    It handles similarly to my XB too.
    Longer legs but not as versatile
