Got out for another track day.

Since I put the TL back together after my mishap back in July it was time to put it through its paces. The bike performed well but I still had some demons chasing me in a couple of sections. Only problem with the bike I had was a bit of On/Off response from the throttle. I imagine the additional work I did to the airbox and banging around the engine, I should be doing a TPS (throttle positions sensor) and throttle body sync sooner rather than later.

Anyway, It was a good time…

What track were you at?

This track is in West Virginia. It's a 2-mile (3.2km) 10 turn road course that has a main straight of over 3000ft (~914m). Speeds on the TL reached over 155mph indicated (250kph) before hitting the 2nd gear hairpin at the end. It not the best built track but that just adds to the challenge. What attracts me to it is that its only 1.5hrs away.
