    New 4 strokes....hmmmmm

When you look at the modern thumpers, those standard header pipes stick out like a sore toe!! It used to be a one of the advantages of having a 4stroke (not having a huge expansion chamber hanging off one side). but im guessing the 2strokes are easier to repair???? im askkin this because..... I have bent my (ti) header pipe quite badly the other week. how hard are they to repair being titanium???
    any help would be great!!!

Titainium is pretty awkward to fix aye... if you can get it bent back into shape it's gonna look like ass. Part of the joy's of going light weight aye I've got full Ti system on the CRF and the pipes are constantly bending slightly if you bail.

Is it affecting the rideability pretty badly?

This Guy Jeremy is the man, sorted out my 125 pipe when i had a massive dent in it.
Cut out the dent for $150.
But he has to have the bike their, so he can make sure it all lines up properly.

But he's almost at the other end of the City. For you

im having trouble with my pipe on my cr250, on the tight bend (on the piece that goes out to the left early in the pipe) there seems to be a stress point, ive had it welded up twice now, and its broken again, keeps cracking the stainless next to the weld.
