After a lot of complain to the police by not getting a police report eventually I got interview by the police again, seams there are some police officer who actually try to get the guy and care about the victims.
He has now been officially charge with:

    - Careless driving causing injury
    - Failed to ascertain Injury after collision
    - Driving Whilst Forbidden!!!

This was on July, he has been since to court for a hearing and plaid not guilty (what a dick), and the second hearing was planned for November, however he decided to get a layer, so the case has been postponed to early next year.
What a joke, the accident happened in March and he still has not been sentenced, and getting money out of him will be another story.

I will update if I got more news

    Cheers Karsten
