LED's use and fitment

Those of you that I have met may have already seen my muffler and handguard fitted LED indicators. [Yes I know I should remove the factory ones to complete the effect!] They are a lot brighter than they appear in the pics!
Here tho is my latest dabblings, fitted in some Paua shells polished up by me as well. They are there to cover over some beam bolts and are hooked into the existing LED outdoor lights in the cable trunking above. I get my info from a site called www.superbriteleds.com which gives me the size resistors I need using a small,simple equation. All you need to know are some basic specs for the LED's and the available power supply. The LED's are pointed at the eyes of the Paua and hot glued into place. The eyes have had hot glue run over them to create a diffuser effect and I have drilled out 4 or 5 of the grown over ones for effect. I have used a magnetic door catch siliconed in place to attach them to the post.

What did you use? Or did you just wire them straight in to the brake line?

They are indicators, in the photo on Hazard, wired directly in with appropriate resistors. There is no specific driver at this stage although I could add one to increase effectiveness. They are in strings of 3 and sealed from the back with heat resistant silicon. Lasted 10 months now with no problems!
My setup is much more simplistic than yours. I don't even know what your diagram entails. My bro is the tech brains, not me! So have you done your own conversion to LEDs in your light housing then?
