I know it's considered lame but the LTSA recognised course could work in your favour by:

    1. reducing your time on a restricted licence to 3 months if over 25 (12 months if under), and
    2. showing the courts you're doing something responsible to change your situation.

If you successfully complete an approved course, the length of time you must hold your restricted licence for may be reduced:

    - to 12 months for those aged under 25 years
    - to three months for those aged 25 or older.

*Disclaimer: Don't lash me for mentioning this course, I'm doing so because it's an approved LTSA course. I did it to reduce time on restricted licence but it was pretty painful as the content and delivery is very teen focused.
    thanx alot mate

Depends on the prosecuting officer's zealousness?? Careless Use - 1st offence. But coupled with the Failing to Stop and outside licence class.
Don't hold your breath, but you might get lucky and keep that licence.

Careless is Divertable nowadays. Recent changes and all.....

Depending on the seriousness of the "pursuit" the failing to stop may also be able to be dealt with as well.
