Names have been released to the media, also of note, they are blaming the suzuki for being on the wrong side, not the car...
Who are....I have it on very good sources, ie one of my bosses whos in the fire brigade in waihi, and on how the lines are painted to mark out the skid....4 skidmarks start as the car loses control from the waihi bound car...they then goe into the oppossing lane and then a point of impact is marked out on the paeroa bound side, cant see as how the bike did it when its clear what side of the road the impact is on....so it will be interesting when the scu finish their investigation into the crash....other than that myself included its merely speculation.....

Because people are stupid, they will believe a lie because they want to believe it's true, or because they are afraid it might be true. People's heads are full of knowledge, facts, and beliefs, and most of it is false, yet they think it all true ... they can only rarely tell the difference between a lie and the truth, and yet they are confident they can, and so all are easier to fool." -- Wizard's First Rule
