one of my mates did it last year, he seems to think it is one of the hardest races he has ever done! coming from someone that rides motox really well, done triathalons and runs all the time, i would take that as a warning. having said that.... Stephen if you are doing it, i might be very keen to give it a go.

need to find one of those things with pedals as well do you have to do it all dressed in your bike gear that would be a laugh although if competing would be hell

most people that seriously compete in motox or any off road racing actually do a lot of cross training, usually running and mountain biking. so the idea of a race including all 3 i think is brilliant. not so retarded......
