Another $50 on reg for cages (bikes to?)

Probably because it's really unfair to cagers

We use a disproportionately high amount of ACC $$. Yet if we were taxed on fuel, because bikers use less fuel, we'd be contributing less towards ACC funds. Doesn't really add up.

Would be nice, though
