Blah My experience with Just Fairings...

So after my bike got damaged by the arseholes who tried stealing it a little while back... I decided it was about time to get it fixed up properly (as opposed to my temporary fix).
My mum was speaking to a guy at my aunts mums funeral about a week or so ago... & they starting talking about bikes... he suggested we contact Glenn @ Just Fairings in Hamilton to see if they could help out.
I had a look on their website & saw that they could do a kit for a ZZR... but I only needed the front cowling around the headlight... So I emailed & asked if I could purchase just the top bit, Got an email back shortly after saying yes that was fine & they could do that...
I requested bank details (for direct credit) & paid for it straight away ($365).
Sent the top cowling down a couple of days later... all good....

Then... I got a call from Glenn whilst I was at work on tuesday saying that the cowling need not be replaced as the damage wasnt that bad. Advised that he could get it fixed for me if I'd like to keep the original one, get that fixed & he would send a cheque back for the diff.

I got home from work tonight... there was a great big box... my bits were back!!! Took a look... & its perfect!!!!!! Along with a cheque for $200!...

I am more than happy with the service that was provided... Glenn if you see this, Thank you so very much!! I am one very happy lass!...
Shall be getting something in the mail shortly!!

What a great honest guy!!... Could have just sent the new cowling back & not refunded anything... A+++++ in my books!!!

That is my happy story & I am so stoked to have my bike fixed!!
    Just Farings!!!

Anyone who's at a racetrack over the summer is welcome to take a look at the fairings on number 17 in 600SP. They're supplied by Just Fairings, painted by Bays Car Painters, signwritten by Signsation Signs in Glenfeild, and scuffed up by Two Smoker

I'm almost 100% certain that before it was called Just Fairings, a guy called Glenn in Hamilton built me a fairing for my GB400, based on an RZ350 fairing he had laying about - must have been the same guy. It was a work of art and fitted perfectly. See thread: http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...ighlight=GB400, post 7 for an example of his work. From what I remember, he had a workshop next to Love Yamaha at that time which was a good few years ago.

    Awesome guy.
