Sure is. Even if the weather is a bit dubious I'm sure some of the hardcores will head out

May or may not be there. I havnt yet decide yet due to recent developments.

Bikes costings two tenths of fuck all to get a decent service so that is good except for the the clutch that Sportzone sold me. It fitted fine except for the fibres.

So I may not turn up depending on how I feel and whether or not Im working. Im unfortunatly having to pick up a whole lot of extra shifts to afford the clutch plus my other bills.

So if you happen to want McD's and your at Northlands Mall, and I know you from the Wednesday night rides then you could be in luck for a good discount, but dont hold your breath as the manager could be breathing over my neck.

But definatly make sure you say Hi as I could make it worth your while.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to make tonight's ride. I'd be keen for sure, but I've been unwell the last couple of days, and, as you might be able to tell from the time I'm posting this message (4.30am), I haven't been able to sleep for a solitary minute tonight, finally giving up and getting dressed again a few minutes ago. So, I'll see how I feel by tonight, but it's not looking good.

    Haha thats funny...sorry!

I'm not sure where people want to go tonight but I was thinking Godley House. We haven't been there since the pig and the cow episode. Maybe via Sumner and Evans Pass?

Sure, it's easy to say that now you've seen the big black cloud closing in

Ha ha dude, there was that, the rain did not stop me mowing the lawn though. And arriveing home at 5.30 to the smell of Mango and Curry Chicken kebabs is enough to keep any good man home with his wife and kiddies.

There were about 8 bikers there at BK when I walked up (yea you read that right. I walked). Just as I arrived at 6:20 the weather packed in and everyone pretty much decided that that was it for the night.

So I headed back to KG Motorcycles to pick up the Kat.

Turns out the engine is going to cost me (conservative estimate here) another thou.

The bike has been giving a very clean bill of health for everything except for 2nd gear which is pretty much ruined (previous owner not me -I dont pull wheelies on the bike).

The thing runs so much better now though its not funny. The difference is amazing. Pity I cant afford petrol.

Kevin also suggested I look at getting the bearing shells replaced aswell while the engine is out of the frame and apart getting 2nd gear replaced as the bike is right up there in Km's. This is probably wise as I had a big end bearing go on my 250 and it was very messy.

Ahh well... Atleast I have 4 gears that work really well now. Just have to take it easy for a while in 2nd until I get some more moola.

The bikes still plenty quick for me when I skip second gear (this wont do any damage I presume. Or will it?)

So Im pretty happy with things at the moment.
